1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have:

• Authority to bind any organization you represent to these Terms

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• Users aged 13–18 require consent of a parent or legal guardian
• If we discover an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it immediately

We reserve the right to monitor user conduct and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.

5. Content Ownership & License

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you submit
• You grant 6502ish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the Service
• This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where required by law or where content has been shared with others

Our Content

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of 6502ish management and owners
• Protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part without prior written consent

6. File Exchange

• Users may upload files to the File Exchange for sharing with the community
• All uploaded files are quarantined and reviewed before publication
• You warrant that you have the right to share any file you upload
• You must not upload files containing malware, viruses, or illegal content
• 6502ish management and owners are not liable for user-uploaded file content
• We reserve the right to remove any file at any time for any reason

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Conduct harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
• You may terminate your account at any time via the account deletion feature

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

6502ish management and owners do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted or securely
• Errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results of using the Service will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

This applies to damages resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access the Service
• Conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or content

Aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed $100.00 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 6502ish management and owners from claims arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States
• You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sebastian County, Arkansas for dispute resolution

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, contact us first. We will attempt to resolve issues within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

• Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules
• Arbitration takes place in Sebastian County, Arkansas
• The arbitrator's decision is final and binding

Class Action Waiver

Exceptions

• Either party may seek injunctive relief for IP infringement
• Claims under $10,000 may be brought in small claims court

14. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Material changes will include at least 30 days' notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, stop using the Service and delete your account

15. General Provisions

• Severability — If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• Entire Agreement — These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and 6502ish
• Waiver — Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
