Add Member Recruitment Links and Referral Tracking

Current Behavior:
There is currently no built-in way for an existing member to generate a personalized registration link, invite new users, or track referral performance.
Requested Change:
Create a referral feature that allows existing users to generate a unique registration URL that they can share with others. A visible Recruit button could be added to the main horizontal navigation bar to provide access to this feature.
Each referral URL should be tied to the member who generated it. When a new user registers through that link, the referral should be recorded and associated with the recruiting member.
Provide a simple reporting view where members can see the effectiveness of their recruitment efforts. Suggested metrics may include:
- Total referral link visits
- Total successful registrations
- Conversion rate
- Recent referred members
Include several suggested recruitment email templates that members can use when inviting others to join 6502ish.
Consider adding incentives for successful recruiters, such as download credits, achievements, badges, and special awards for top-performing members.
Expected Outcome:
Members can actively help grow the platform by sharing personalized registration links, tracking results, and earning recognition or rewards for successful recruitment activity.
Notes:
Referral tracking should be tied to the originating user account and designed to support future gamification or leaderboard features.
