Create, assign, and remove decorative badges on user profiles.
Where: /admin/badges
Creating a badge:
- Click Create Badge.
- Name, description, icon (emoji or image upload), category (contest / event / recognition / anniversary).
- Save.
Assigning: on the badge detail page or User Management page, search for a user and click Assign badge. They get a notification; the badge appears on their profile.
Removing: same page, click Remove next to the user.
Audit: every assign/remove is logged with the reason.
Difference from achievements: achievements are automatic (rule-based); badges are hand-picked by admins for unique moments.
