Every use of super-admin, admin, mod, or super-mod privileges now posts a locked thread to the public Privilege Use forum, authored by @team_6502ish. This includes:
- Infractions, escalations, suspensions, bans, shadow-bans, unbans
- Role upgrades / downgrades, force-verify, clear-lockout, session-termination
- Forum and category management (create / delete / restore / purge / reassign / moderator add+remove)
- Branding, site config, broadcast, content-filter, and IP-ban changes
- Badge grants + revocations, cosmetic awards, platform hub edits
- Report-queue actions (warn / suspend / ban / shadow-ban / dismiss)
Excluded (still in the audit log, just not mirrored to the forum): routine user activity — login / logout / failed login / register / onboarding / account self-service. The transparency forum is about privilege use, not every database write.
Threads are locked on creation so nobody can post a fake "resolution" reply under an audit entry. The audit_log row remains the cryptographically-chained source of truth; the forum thread is a read-mostly mirror.
Historic posts in the old admin-system-log-files forum stay where they are — only new actions flow to the new destination.
