[UPDATE] Added BBSLink networked door game support:

33 new door games from the BBSLink InterBBS network (LORD, Trade Wars, Usurper, Barren Realms Elite, and more)
WebSocket-to-telnet proxy at /opt/bbslink-proxy bridges browser xterm.js to BBSLink game servers
BBSLink auth flow: token + MD5 hash authentication before telnet connection
New source and bbslink_code columns in door_games table
Door games index now shows BBSLink Network Games and Local GameSrv Doors as separate sections
Systemd service bbslink-proxy runs on port 1124, proxied via nginx at /ws/bbslink
Credentials stored in .env (BBSLINK_SYSCODE, BBSLINK_AUTHCODE, BBSLINK_SCHEMECODE)
All games enabled and playable — compete with players from hundreds of BBS systems worldwide
