Bug Fixes: Gallery Upload, One-Liner Moderation, Logo Size

[UPDATE] Three fixes applied:

Gallery Upload fix — clicking 'Upload Art' was showing 'Art Not Found' because the route /gallery/upload was registered after /gallery/{id}, causing the router to match 'upload' as an ID. Moved the upload route ahead of the wildcard.
One-Liner Moderation — new admin panel at Admin > One-Liners. Moderators can view all one-liners and delete offensive ones. Accessible from the admin subnav.
Logo 100% bigger — trimmed excess grey padding from the logo image (1536x1024 down to 1193x295) and doubled the CSS max-height from 100px to 200px (80px on mobile).
