Every edit to a post is preserved so you can see what changed.
Where: any post you can edit has an Edit history link next to the edit timestamp.
What you'll see:
- Original post content
- Each subsequent edit with the timestamp and editor
- A diff view highlighting additions and removals
Purpose: accountability for moderators, and clarity for readers following a long thread where posts have been updated.
Note: deleted posts retain their history for 30 days before being purged.
