[UPDATE] The admin file quarantine queue has new super-user controls for triaging uploads without leaving the page.
- Approve — single click, no confirmation, same as before.
- Edit — opens a modal in place with title, description, and a destination picker that lists every file area and its subfolders. Saving keeps you on the queue instead of bouncing to the public file detail page. Super-user only.
- Reject — single click, no confirmation. The reason is recorded automatically as "Rejected by super admin." in the audit log.
- Change destination — the Edit modal's "Destination (group / folder)" selector can move a file between any area in the tree at the same time as the other edits.
All three actions record to the audit log as before.
