[UPDATE] Added a dedicated User Communities category (slug user-communities, sort order 95).
Behavior when creating a forum:
- Regular members no longer see a category picker — their new forums always go into User Communities.
- Administrators (role 4+) and category super-mods still see the category picker and can create forums in any
allow_user_forumscategory. User Communities is the default selection, so a single click sends the forum there; picking a different category overrides.
No migration for existing forums — they stay where they are. If you want to move a member-created forum out of User Communities later, use the admin forum management tool as usual.
