- Deathchase (1983, Micromega) — 16K speed-run through a pine forest, 3D racing pre-Elite.
- Jack the Nipper (1986, Gremlin Graphics) — toddler mischief simulator.
- Lemmings (1991, Psygnosis) — Side A; the full conversion landed on Spectrum after its 16-bit breakthroughs.
- Lords of Midnight, The (1984, Beyond) — Mike Singleton's landscape-view adventure/strategy hybrid.
- Nebulus (1987, Hewson) — the rotating-tower platformer. Still holds up.
- Rainbow Islands (1990, Musical 1, re-release) — Bubble Bobble's sequel.
- Rebelstar (1986, Firebird) — Julian Gollop's pre-X-COM tactical combat.
- Starquake (1985, Bubble Bus) — flip-screen platform exploration.
- Stop the Express (1983, Sinclair Research) — the last-minute jumping-on-the-train action game.
- Ultimate Manic Miner (2006, Makovsky, Igor) — 128K homebrew reimplementation of the 1983 Matthew Smith original.
- Wolfenstein 2004 (2004, Alone Coder) — 128K first-person raycaster demake, released at Chaos Constructions. TRD disk image —
