Thirteen more on the ZX Spectrum shelf, bringing the total to 18 titles:

  • Boulder-Dash 512b (2012, krt17) — the famous half-K re-implementation of the 1984 Boulder Dash, in 512 bytes.
  • Chuckie Egg (1983, A'n'F) — the platform-climbing classic. Watch the geese.
  • Deathchase (1983, Micromega) — 16K speed-run through a pine forest, 3D racing pre-Elite.
  • Jack the Nipper (1986, Gremlin Graphics) — toddler mischief simulator.
  • Lemmings (1991, Psygnosis) — Side A; the full conversion landed on Spectrum after its 16-bit breakthroughs.
  • Lords of Midnight, The (1984, Beyond) — Mike Singleton's landscape-view adventure/strategy hybrid.
  • Nebulus (1987, Hewson) — the rotating-tower platformer. Still holds up.
  • Rainbow Islands (1990, Musical 1, re-release) — Bubble Bobble's sequel.
  • Rebelstar (1986, Firebird) — Julian Gollop's pre-X-COM tactical combat.
  • Starquake (1985, Bubble Bus) — flip-screen platform exploration.
  • Stop the Express (1983, Sinclair Research) — the last-minute jumping-on-the-train action game.
  • Ultimate Manic Miner (2006, Makovsky, Igor) — 128K homebrew reimplementation of the 1983 Matthew Smith original.
  • Wolfenstein 2004 (2004, Alone Coder) — 128K first-person raycaster demake, released at Chaos Constructions. TRD disk image — fuse loads it; .trd was added to the Spectrum allowed-extensions list for this one.

Screenshots on these new rows haven't been fetched yet — the ZXInfo/spectrumcomputing.co.uk backfill pass from the earlier batch can run again whenever; I left the code in place at /tmp/fetch_spectrum_screens.php.
