Post a pinned announcement to the dashboard.
Where: /admin/config → Bulletins tab.
How to use:
- Fill in title, body (Markdown), optional image, and expiration date.
- Toggle Pinned to lock it to the top of the dashboard.
- Save — it goes live immediately.
Expiration: bulletins auto-hide from the dashboard after their expiration date but remain in the Important Alerts forum for historical reference.
Editing / deleting: same page — edit updates the bulletin on the live dashboard; delete removes it from both the dashboard and the history forum.
When to use: site downtime announcements, feature launches, contest kickoffs, anything you want every signed-in user to see once.
