Two new achievements: Rounded Out + New Look

[UPDATE] Two achievements are now live, both in the social category:

📇 Rounded Out — Fill in your profile (first name, last name, country, bio, date of birth). Unlocks when all five are set.
📸 New Look — Upload a profile photo.

Existing users with already-complete profiles will earn these the next time achievement checks run (next post, thread, profile save, etc.) — no manual backfill. Updating your profile at Account Settings → Personal Info now triggers a fresh achievement check immediately on save.
