Auto Friend Request + Logo Size Tweak

[UPDATE] Two changes:

Auto friend request from Patrick — When a new user verifies their email, a friendship request is automatically sent from Patrick (super admin) with a welcome notification. The user sees 'Patrick sent you a friend request. Welcome to 6502ish!' in their notifications on first login.
Logo 25% smaller — Reduced header logo max-height from 200px to 150px (60px on mobile).
