Best Answer:
- Only the thread author can mark it.
- In a help/question thread, click Mark as Best Answer under the post that solved your problem.
- That post gets a highlighted banner; the thread is badged as resolved.
- Achievement: get a post marked Best Answer to unlock Best Answer (+250 credits).
Feature-Request Tagging:
- Thread authors (and moderators) can tag a thread with a feature-request label.
- Fields: Priority (critical / high / normal / low), Type (bug / enhancement / new), Status (approved / rejected / under consideration / in testing / deployed), Effort (low / moderate / high / rework).
- Tagged threads get a badge at the top of the thread.
- Use this when you're proposing a change you want the team to track.
