What a project has:
- Description, category, status (planning / in-progress / complete / abandoned)
- Worklog entries (timestamped progress notes)
- Bill of materials (BOM) with parts, quantities, costs, and vendor links
- File attachments (schematics, PCB files, firmware builds)
- Release tags (versioned downloads)
- Inline comments
- External links (GitHub, Hackaday, etc.)
- Voting and following
Creating:
- Click Create Project on the projects index.
- Fill in the metadata and save.
- Add worklog entries as you go, attach files, tag releases.
Following: click Follow to get notified of new worklog entries and releases.
Cloning: fork someone else's project as a starting point for your own.
Achievement: create your first project to unlock First Project (+250 credits).
