Where: dashboard (/dashboard) and the front page.
How to use:
- Type up to ~200 characters in the shoutbox input.
- Hit Post.
Display: the latest ~20 oneliners are shown in reverse-chronological order. Each includes the author, timestamp, and message.
Rules:
- One post per 30 seconds (rate-limited).
- Markdown is not rendered — plain text only.
- Same content-filter rules as forum posts apply.
Moderation: moderators can delete individual oneliners; a flood or abuse results in rate-limit suspension.
